What we're looking for:
1–4 years of experience in tele calling, pre-sales, inside sales, real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
Confident and persuasive conversational skills
Robust follow-up and lead-conversion ability
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling prospective buyers
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate options
Positive attitude, qualified communication and solid sales orientation
Candidates from real estate, BFSI, automobile, education, hospitality or other inside-sales backgrounds are also welcome

Your key responsibilities:

Call and qualify incoming real estate leads
Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences
Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups
Generate and coordinate site visits
Maintain lead records and follow up systematically
Work towards site-visit and sales-conversion targets
Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth lead handover

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
