Possess in-depth knowledge of electrode manufacturing processes, raw materials, coatings, specifications, and quality standards.
Understand different types of electrodes (e.g., welding electrodes, carbon electrodes, graphite electrodes – as applicable).
Provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on customer applications.
Coordinate with production, quality, and R&D; teams for customized or special electrode requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Handle technical discussions, product trials, and customer complaints in coordination with technical teams.
Support customers with application training and post-sales technical assistance.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
