Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Explain course features, fee structure, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow-ups.




Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM is an advantage).
Experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, or customer relations is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
