Customer Support Executive – Voice & Non-Voice

We are hiring UG/Graduate freshers for a customer support role based in Gurgaon.

Key Requirements
UG/Graduate freshers can apply
BE/BTech candidates are not eligible
Voice Versant score of 60 or above
Non-Voice Versant score of 58 or above
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Job Details
Location: Gurgaon
5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
Both-side cab facility provided
Full time, work-from-office role

Selection Process

AMCAT, Voice Assessment, FSR, Operations Interview, Non-Voice Assessment and Typing Test.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
