We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Commis 3 – South Indian Chef to assist the kitchen team in preparing authentic and high-quality South Indian dishes. The candidate will be responsible for basic food preparation, mise en place, cutting, cleaning, grinding, portioning, and assisting senior chefs in preparing dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, appam, puttu, Kerala meals, and various South Indian curries. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety standards, ensuring proper storage and handling of ingredients, minimizing food wastage, and supporting the kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. The candidate should have basic knowledge of South Indian cuisine, valuable teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel workplace while following the instructions and standards set by the senior chefs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
