Position: Telecaller
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Job Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads and potential customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and assist in converting them into customers.
Maintain daily call records and customer information.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer handling.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confident and polite personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Target-oriented and positive follow-up skills.

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,799.45 per month
