Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to drive business growth and develop our customer and dealer network across Maharashtra.

The candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities and sales leads.
Identify and develop recent customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
Conduct regular field visits across assigned areas of Maharashtra.
Promote and demonstrate company products/services to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Expand the company's market presence across Maharashtra.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for order closure.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and visit reports.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
