HR Manager

Location: Jaipur
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹1 Lakh/Month

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Handle joining, onboarding, attendance & leave.
Manage payroll coordination and employee records.
Handle employee relations and grievances.
Implement and maintain HR policies & processes.
Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement.
Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in HR.
Solid knowledge of HR Operations & Recruitment.
Valuable communication and people-management skills.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
Real Estate/Construction industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
