Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Telecaller with excellent communication skills to connect with customers over the phone, explain our products/services, NO TARGETS
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads.
Explain product/service features clearly and answer customer queries.
Follow up on leads and maintain call records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle objections politely and escalate complex queries when needed.
Maintain a positive, skilled tone on every call.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/regional language]
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Prior tele calling experience preferred but not mandatory
