We are hiring a passionate and skilled Trainer. The ideal candidate should have solid practical knowledge and interest in teaching.

Qualification Required:
Must have ITI Diploma / Diploma in Electronics / Electronic Mechanic / Electrician Trade
CITS Certified candidates will be given preference
1 to 3 Years of experience as trainer
Freshers with excellent practical knowledge can also apply

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver theory and practical training as per syllabus
Prepare daily lesson plans, training modules, PPTs and practical demonstrations
Manage Electronics Lab - maintenance of tools, instruments, components
Conduct regular assessments, practical exams, viva and provide feedback to students
Ensure lab safety,



discipline and proper handling of equipment by students
Prepare students for All India Trade Test and for job placements
Update training content as per latest industry standards and technology

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Electronic Components, Circuits, Electrical Wiring
Valuable Communication, Presentation and Classroom Management Skills
Basic Computer Knowledge - MS Office, Email
Positive attitude and passion for teaching

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
