Position: Site Engineer
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer with hands-on experience in on-site construction and structural engineering. The role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities
Monitor daily project progress and maintain accurate records
Conduct quality and safety inspections at the site
Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and vendors
Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project plans
Identify and resolve in office challenges effectively
Maintain proper documentation and report regularly to management





Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
2 to 5 years of proven experience in in office construction and/or structural engineering
Strong knowledge of quality control and site safety practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar construction tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
