We are looking for passionate and motivated Commis Chefs to join the kitchen team.

What you’ll do:
Assist with daily kitchen operations, mise en place and food preparation.
Work efficiently on your assigned station while maintaining consistency and quality.
Support the team during service and maintain high standards of hygiene and organization.
Learn and execute progressive Italian techniques and preparations.
Contribute ideas towards recent dishes, techniques and menu development.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and work collaboratively during service.

What we’re looking for:
0–2 years of experience in a skilled kitchen.
Culinary school/degree or relevant professional training preferred.
Exposure to Italian cuisine or Garde Manger is an advantage.
Passion for food, willingness to learn and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and positive communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
