Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive – Accounts Payable to manage end-to-end AP operations for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods. The role will involve purchase accounting, PO management, GRN and vendor reconciliations, billing, and GST/TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage POs for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods and coordinate required approvals.
Record purchase invoices, debit/credit notes, and inventory entries in Tally with accurate ledger and cost-centre coding.
Raise sales invoices to vendors for trading of RM/PM, wherever applicable.
Reconcile GRNs with POs and invoices and maintain the GRN register.
Perform vendor statement reconciliations, identify and resolve discrepancies,



and support payment processing.
Ensure accurate GST treatment and TDS deductions on applicable transactions.
Maintain supporting documentation for GST/TDS filings, audits, and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate and audit-ready records while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Purchase Accounting, or a similar finance role.
Hands-on experience with Tally and solid MS Excel skills.
Good working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills for effective vendor and internal stakeholder coordination.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
