Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tool Maker with hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Moulding tools and mould maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for mould assembly, fitting, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of Plastic Injection Moulds.
Assemble and dismantle injection mould tools as per engineering drawings.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of moulds.
Identify and rectify mould-related issues such as flash, short moulding, mismatch, leakage, and dimensional defects.
Perform fitting, polishing, grinding, and machining of mould components.
Handle core, cavity, ejector system, slider, guide pillar, and other mould components.




Operate conventional machines such as Milling, Surface Grinding, Lathe, and Drilling machines.
Ensure proper alignment and functioning of mould components.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve mould-related production issues.
Perform trial and troubleshooting of moulds after maintenance or modification.
Maintain records of mould maintenance, breakdown, and modifications.
Follow safety standards and maintain 5S practices in the Tool Room.
