We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Law Intern to support our team across legal research, documentation, contract review and compliance. This role offers practical exposure to how legal matters are managed within a business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on relevant Indian laws, rules and regulations
Review agreements and identify potential legal, commercial and compliance risks
Prepare summaries, comparison notes and supporting legal documents
Maintain and organise legal records and documentation
Assist with basic corporate and regulatory compliance matters
Coordinate with internal teams and external legal specialists, as required
Track relevant legal and regulatory developments

Required Skills
Sound understanding of contract law and commercial agreements
Robust legal research and analytical abilities
Valuable drafting, proofreading and communication skills




Ability to interpret and simplify legal language
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Eligibility
Currently pursuing an LLB or a five-year integrated law degree, such as BA LLB, BBA LLB or BCom LLB
Candidates with a keen interest in corporate or commercial law will be preferred
