Job Title: CRM
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Requirements:
candidate with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel.
Hands-on experience working on IndiaMART (Lead Management, Inquiry Handling, Follow-ups).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluent English.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Well-organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Job Responsibilities:
Manage IndiaMART inquiries and customer follow-ups.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain Excel data.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
Handle office documentation and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
