MERN Stack Developer – Role Description

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our development team and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have robust experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a good understanding of modern web development practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN stack.
Build reusable and scalable frontend components using React.js.
Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively within a development team.





Required Skills
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version-control systems.
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and session-based authentication.
Understanding of database design and query optimization.
Valuable debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Positive to Have
Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with Next.js.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
