Job Description – Telecaller / Customer Service Executive

Blessing Export is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Telecaller / Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Follow up with leads, customers, and prospects through calls and messages.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams for customer requirements.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide regular updates regarding leads and customer follow-ups to the reporting manager.





Candidate Requirements
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable Hindi and English communication skills.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and CRM/customer management software.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and engage customers professionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
