Position: Presales Executive

Location: Rai Durg, Hyderabad

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 2 – 4 years in Real Estate

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Skills: CRM and MS Excel

Job Description:

Manage property ads on portals like MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.

Post, update, and remove property listings as required.

Handle incoming leads and act as the first point of contact for potential clients.

Understand client requirements and connect qualified leads with the appropriate Sales Team.

Follow up with clients for site visits, post-visit feedback, and closure.

Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and maintain proper client communication.

Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, visits, and closures.

Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Maintain accurate and updated sales and lead reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
