Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
Monitor labour, subcontractors, and construction work progress.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Maintain daily site progress reports and labour attendance.
Plan and allocate work to labour teams efficiently.
Monitor the use of construction materials and reduce wastage.
Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.
Identify and report site-related issues to the management.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
Coordinate material requirements and communicate with suppliers when required.
Verify measurements and assist with quantity calculations.





Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Robust leadership and labour management skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.

Experience
1–5 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision is preferred.
Experience in residential and commercial building projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
