The senior floor role — you'll run the plant day to day and be the first call when something needs a decision.
Responsibilities
Start up and run the RO plant, bottle-blowing machine, and RFC line each shift
Production planning & shift scheduling across the water / jar / soda lines
Staff supervision and attendance
Safety and housekeeping oversight on the floor
Monitor machine parameters (pressure, flow, temperature) and handle first-line troubleshooting
Coordinate with the Chemist on water quality before and during production runs
Log daily production output
Requirements
ITI / Diploma in a mechanical or electrical trade, or equivalent hands-on experience
Prior experience operating bottling or FMCG production machinery preferred
Comfortable supervising a floor team
Based in or willing to relocate to Karunagappally
*Negotiable based on experience.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
