Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handling employee relations, grievances, and maintaining workplace culture.
- Managing attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processing support.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruiter role.
Required Skills:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Job Portals
Locals / Candidates from Tiruppur are preferred
