Job Role & Responsibiltes -
Handle customer interactions through voice calls in a qualified manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining company standards.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure first-call resolution whenever possible.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure complete resolution.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality parameters, and compliance requirements.
Achieve KPIs such as CSAT, Quality Score, AHT, FCR, and Productivity targets.
Manage customer complaints effectively and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.




Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging customer situations.
Stay updated on process changes, products, and company policies.
Contribute to team goals and participate in training sessions.
Upsell or cross-sell products/services where applicable.
Work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven setting.
Deliver a seamless customer experience through excellent communication skills.
