Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage recent business leads.
Identify and develop current business prospects.
Meet prospective clients and present HRMS software solutions.
Convert prospects into customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals.
Develop and manage channel partners.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
