Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Color Stone Grader with 4–9 years of experience in evaluating and grading coloured gemstones. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of gemstone quality, identification, treatments, and grading standards.

Key Responsibilities
Examine and grade coloured gemstones based on quality and characteristics.
Evaluate colour, clarity, cut, size, and overall quality of gemstones.
Identify different types of natural and synthetic gemstones.
Detect treated, enhanced, and imitation stones.
Assess gemstone quality and provide accurate grading.
Maintain proper grading and inspection records.
Ensure gemstones meet required quality standards.
Work closely with sourcing, production, and quality teams.
Identify quality issues and provide recommendations.
Maintain consistency and accuracy in gemstone grading.





Required Skills
4–9 years of experience in Colour Stone Grading / Gemstone Grading.
Good knowledge of coloured gemstones and their characteristics.
Experience in gemstone identification and quality evaluation.
Knowledge of natural, synthetic, treated, and imitation stones.
Good understanding of gemstone colour, clarity, cut, and quality.
Strong observation and attention to detail.
Good analytical and decision-making skills.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
