We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated specialists to join our growing e-commerce team. We have openings for the following positions:
. Operations Executive -Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily order processing and product dispatch.
Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations and delivery updates.
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor order status and resolve operational issues.
Maintain inventory and stock movement records.
Handle courier coordination, shipment tracking, and documentation.
Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
Ensure smooth execution of daily warehouse and order fulfillment activities.
Coordinate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
Support customer service and after-sales operations when required.
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
