About the Role

RGC Global Private Limited is expanding into the water treatment and engineering sector and is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive business growth across industrial and commercial markets. This role combines lead generation, client acquisition, technical sales, and relationship management for a diverse range of water treatment solutions.

Must-Have Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

Nice-to-Have
Experience in industrial equipment, engineering solutions, water treatment, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales.
Experience preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiating contracts.





Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, digital channels, and client meetings.
Promote industrial, commercial, and customized water treatment solutions, including RO systems, water purification plants, treatment equipment, and related services.
Conduct client meetings, understand technical requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with industries, commercial establishments, institutions, builders, factories, and channel partners.
