Sahakari Race Plus is looking for an experienced and passionate Course Director – NVT Physics to lead our Physics academic team and ensure high-quality preparation for competitive examinations.

Qualification
M.Sc. / M.Phil. / Ph.D. in Physics or equivalent qualification
Robust academic background in Physics
Teaching experience in competitive examination coaching will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the NVT Physics academic programme
Develop and implement course plans, academic schedules, and teaching strategies
Prepare and review study materials, notes, question banks, MCQs, and previous-year questions
Coordinate with Physics faculty and mentors
Monitor syllabus completion and academic progress
Conduct regular assessments, model examinations, and performance analysis
Identify learning gaps and implement remedial strategies




Ensure accuracy and quality of all Physics content
Guide faculty members and support their academic development
Track student performance and introduce strategies to improve results
Coordinate with the Academic and Management teams for effective course delivery
Support online, recorded, and live class content development

Preferred Skills
Excellent command of Physics concepts
Strong teaching and academic leadership skills
Ability to design competitive-exam-oriented content
Positive communication and presentation skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to lead a team and manage academic operations
Familiarity with online teaching and digital learning platform

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
