We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender / Beverage Associate to join our team at Malgudi South Indian Resto-Café. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving mocktails, beverages, fresh juices, iced teas, milkshakes and other non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Prepare fresh juices, iced teas, milkshakes, cold beverages and other specialty drinks.
Ensure proper presentation, garnishing and consistency of beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar/beverage counter and equipment.
Ensure all beverage ingredients, syrups,



garnishes and consumables are properly stored and available.
Follow standard recipes and portion control to maintain beverage quality and cost.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth and timely beverage service.
Handle beverage orders efficiently during busy operations.
Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or requirements.
Follow food safety, hygiene and restaurant SOPs at all times.
Provide friendly and qualified service to guests.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
