About the Role

greytHR is looking for enthusiastic B.Com and MBA graduates to join our Sales and Product Support teams . This is a paid internship offering hands-on exposure to the SaaS/HR Tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Support the Sales or Product Support team in day-to-day activities.
n
- Sales: Lead generation, outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
n
- Product Support: Handle customer queries, assist with basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal teams.
n
- Learn and understand greytHR's products and solutions.
n
- Maintain accurate records and support team objectives.
n

Candidate Profile

n

- B.Com / MBA graduates only.
n
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Proactive, eager to learn, and customer-focused.
n
- Interested in building a career in SaaS Sales, Product Support, or Customer Success .
n
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
