About Position:

We are seeking Visualizer / Graphic Designer to create and oversee engaging visual solutions for digital media. This role demands a blend of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to execute and manage diverse marketing projects such as project collateral, social media content, websites, product packaging, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Create visually appealing static and video visuals for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and aesthetic visuals for print media (brochures, packaging, marketing collateral).
n
- Develop concept videos, stop-motion animations,



and promotional content using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
n
- Use appropriate typography, colors, and layouts to enhance user engagement and brand recognition.
n
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content as required.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
n
- 1-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising workplace. Prior Real Estate experience is preferred.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma.
n
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing previous work.
n
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
