About the Role

Urban Smith is looking for a energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our premium furniture showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, interiors, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Assist customers and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Explain product features, materials, and customization options.
Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
Convert walk-in customers into sales.
Maintain CRM records and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with production and delivery teams.
Ensure showroom displays are well maintained.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of retail sales experience.
Experience in furniture, interiors, home décor, or luxury retail is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
Customer-oriented with solid sales and negotiation skills.
