About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Estimator with experience in Door & Hardware Estimation (Division 8 & 10). The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of construction drawings, project specifications, and cost estimation processes. You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the pre-construction team in delivering competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for Division 8 & 10 (Doors, Frames, Hardware, and related products).
Analyze project scope and identify estimation requirements.
Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding ongoing and new projects.
Ensure estimates are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain estimation records and documentation.
Support bid preparation and pricing strategies.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Door & Hardware Estimation (Division 8 & 10).
Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
Strong understanding of construction processes and estimation techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience with quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards.
