Salary: Up to ₹50,000 CTC per month, based on experience and company standards

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented manager to lead our team and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of mandatory managerial experience in the BPO sector, along with robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the team to achieve business goals and operational targets.
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards.




Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.
Support management in achieving business and operational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in a managerial role in the BPO sector is mandatory.
Any bachelor's degree is required.
An MBA will be an added advantage.
Solid leadership and people management skills.
Excellent team handling and communication abilities.
Good verbal and written English communication.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
