Q.C. / Q.A. Engineer (Quality Control / Quality Assurance)

Job Summary

Precitech Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Q.C./Q.A. Engineer to ensure that machined components meet customer specifications and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for inspection, documentation, problem-solving, and continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process, final, and incoming material inspections.
Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, and other inspection tools.
Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Handle customer quality requirements and support audits.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for quality improvements.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality procedures.




Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills
Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Positive communication and teamwork.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in CNC machining, precision components, or manufacturing quality will be an added advantage.
