System Monitoring and Operations
Observe performance: Watch computer systems and networks for errors, crashes, or warning messages.
Run batch jobs: Start, track, and complete scheduled or nightly data processing tasks.
Manage backups: Run routine data backup procedures and verify recovery files. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Fix errors: Resolve basic hardware, software, and peripheral issues (like printer jams or connection drops).
Perform upkeep: Complete preventive maintenance and install system updates.
Track inventory: Keep a list of computer equipment, parts, and supplies, and order replacements.

User Support and Documentation
Assist users: Answer questions and troubleshoot technical issues for staff or clients.
Keep logs: Maintain explicit records of system performance, errors, and daily activities.
Collaborate: Work with IT teams and programmers to test recent software or system upgrades.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
