Orange Printers Pvt Ltd is a leading Commercial Printing and Packaging solutions company headquartered at Trivandrum, Kerala with operations based in multiple locations.

We are seeking suitable candidates for the role of Assistant Printer for our Offset Printing and Packaging factory at Trivandrum for a long term association.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up printing machines (offset, digital, or flexo as applicable) with proper inks, plates, and paper stock.
Prepare raw materials, including paper cutting, stacking, and loading into machines.
Support Press Operators in machine adjustments, plate mounting, and color matching.
Monitor print quality during runs and report any issues to the operator or supervisor.
Handle basic troubleshooting and cleaning of printing machines.
Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning rollers, and replacing consumables.
Maintain records of production output, wastage, and materials used.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with finishing processes like cutting, folding, binding,



or packaging when required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet production schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:
High School/Diploma in Printing Technology or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a printing press is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of printing processes, inks, and paper types.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and follow instructions accurately.
Good physical stamina to lift and move paper stacks and materials.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
