Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
