Managing and guiding a team of operators/technicians/engineers.
Achieving daily production or department targets.
Monitoring quality, safety, productivity and delivery.
Handling line/process issues and coordinating with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other teams.
Driving Kaizen, 5S, TPM and continuous-improvement activities.
Tracking KPIs and preparing daily/weekly reports.
Training team members and ensuring standard work/SOP compliance.
Investigating problems using 5-Why, Fishbone, QC tools, etc.
Ensuring compliance with Yamaha’s safety and quality standards.
Pay: From ₹22,550.00 per month
