We are looking for an experienced F&B; Service Captain to supervise restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the F&B; service team during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations and high service standards.
Handle guest requests, feedback and service issues professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for timely service.
Conduct briefings, allocate duties and guide junior team members.
Ensure proper mise-en-place, hygiene, grooming and restaurant readiness.
Promote upselling and maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.




2–3 years of experience in F&B; Service, preferably in a hotel or luxury resort.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Valuable knowledge of food, beverages and restaurant service.
Professional grooming and a positive service attitude.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
