We are seeking an accomplished Senior Pastry Chef Instructor who is passionate about teaching, craftsmanship, and shaping the next generation of pastry professionals.

Role Overview

The Senior Pastry Chef Instructor will lead advanced pastry and baking programs, mentor students and junior chefs, and uphold the academy’s standards of excellence, precision, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on training in classical and up-to-date European pastry techniques
Design and execute structured lesson plans, demonstrations, and assessments
Mentor students on technique, consistency, presentation, and skilled conduct
Supervise practical sessions ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Guide junior instructors and assist in curriculum development
Contribute to workshops, masterclasses, and special programs
Maintain high standards of discipline, punctuality, and kitchen organization
Stay updated with global pastry trends and techniques

Who We’re Looking For
3–8 years of professional experience in pastry and baking




Prior experience as a pastry chef instructor or head pastry chef preferred
Solid foundation in European pastry (French / Italian techniques)
Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring chefs
Excellent communication and demonstration skills
High standards of cleanliness, precision, and professionalism
Experience in premium hotels, patisseries, or international kitchens is a plus

Monday Weekly Off
Tuesday to Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:30PM (Monday weekly off)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
