Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle customer queries through a voice process.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
Provide accurate information as per process guidelines.
Maintain customer and call records in the system.
Follow company quality and process standards.
Meet daily productivity and performance requirements.
Maintain qualified communication with customers.

Requirements
12th pass or Graduate.




Freshers can apply with valuable communication skills.
Non-graduates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil or Telugu as required for the process.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Comfortable working from office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

Salary

Freshers: ₹18,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 per month
