Basic knowledge of Supplier Quality Management and supplier performance monitoring.
Understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan and MSA concepts.
Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why and Fishbone for basic root cause analysis.
Assist in supplier audits, process audits and quality improvement activities.
Handle and follow up on supplier quality issues and non-conformities.
Support incoming inspection, defect analysis and supplier corrective actions.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T; basics.
Basic knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, Pareto, Check Sheet and Control Charts.
Coordinate with Suppliers, Purchase, Production and Quality teams for issue resolution.
Support recent product development and supplier part approval activities.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports and supplier documentation.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, communication and follow-up skills.
