Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Explain our IT & technology solutions clearly to prospects
Generate and follow up on leads
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details
Convert enquiries into qualified business prospects

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Technical/IT sector
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of IT products/services
Confident and qualified personality
Ability to handle client queries over calls
Target-oriented and self-motivated
