Role Overview

Margo Digitech is looking for a Business Development Manager (B2B) to lead our sales efforts, manage a team of SDRs, and drive new client acquisition. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can manage the team while actively participating in sales calls and closing B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, train, and mentor a team of SDRs/BD Executives.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Build and improve a structured outbound sales process.
Identify and research potential B2B clients and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other tools.
Take sales calls, understand client requirements, pitch solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
Execute outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
Track team performance, sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
Identify performance gaps and continuously improve team productivity and conversion rates.




Work closely with leadership and marketing teams to strengthen business development strategies.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
Proven experience in closing B2B clients.
Experience managing or mentoring a team of SDRs/BD Executives.
Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM, email outreach, and sales tools.
Experience in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, technology, or AI is a plus.
