We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Executive to manage and coordinate social media activities for multiple clients. The role involves planning content calendars, coordinating with creative teams, scheduling posts, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing plans across social media platforms. Work for 4 hours a day.

Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Calendar Management
Create and manage monthly social media content calendars for clients.
Plan content themes aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, and industry trends.
Ensure timely approvals and revisions of planned content.
Reference & Content Research
Arrange creative references and inspiration for posts, reels, and campaigns.
Research trending formats, visual styles, and content ideas relevant to each client.
Coordination with Creative Team
Brief and coordinate with designers and video editors for content creation.
Ensure brand guidelines, messaging, and visual standards are followed.
Manage feedback loops between clients and the creative team.
Social Media Scheduling & Publishing
Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others using scheduling tools.
Ensure posts go live according to the approved calendar.




Campaign & Marketing Execution
Assist in the execution of social media marketing plans and campaigns.
Coordinate content for promotions, events, launches, and brand campaigns.
Performance Monitoring
Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Provide insights to improve future content strategies.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Positive communication skills for working with designers, editors, and clients.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience managing brand or agency social media accounts.
Basic knowledge of content strategy and digital marketing.
