Job Purpose:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing fire-fighting system installation projects from start to finish. This role requires robust project management skills, technical knowledge, team leadership, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end project planning and execution for all fire-fighting system installations.
Ensure projects are completed within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams such as design, procurement, execution, and quality.
Liaise with external stakeholders including clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
Team Management
Lead engineering teams, technicians, and subcontractors.
Resolve site-level issues and provide technical guidance.
Procurement & Logistics
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and firefighting system components.
Ensure timely delivery and availability of project resources.
Budget & Cost Control




Monitor project budgets and track expenses.
Implement cost-control measures to minimize overruns.
Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure all projects comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation including BOQs, schedules, material requisitions, change orders, and client communication.
Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Handle client meetings, updates, approvals, and issues.
Risk Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:
Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3–5 years in Project Management (Fire Fighting, HVAC, MEP preferred)
Strong knowledge of fire safety equipment & statutory norms.
Excellent communication & leadership skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
