Site Supervisor – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, design, and schedule.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Monitor site progress and report updates to the management.
Coordinate with the design and project team for smooth execution.
Ensure proper use of materials and avoid wastage.
Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards.
Identify and report any site issues or delays.
Ensure the project is completed on time.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in interior/construction site supervision.
Knowledge of interior works and basic construction activities.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage workers and site activities.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Knowledge of Malayalam and basic English is preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
