We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, manage team performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational efficiency across outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day outlet operations smoothly
Ensure SOPs and company policies are properly followed
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
Handle team scheduling and manpower management
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets
Manage inventory, stock control, and wastage
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Maintain outlet hygiene, safety,



and operational standards

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations or outlet management
Solid leadership and team handling skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Knowledge of inventory management and reporting preferred
