Qualification:
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
6 months to 1 year of site experience in civil construction preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily site execution and supervision.
Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and project teams.
Maintain site records and prepare daily progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
Support material planning and site measurements.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of civil construction practices.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
